What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of MongoDB's Developer Relations Team, working closely with strategic customers to ensure they effectively utilize MongoDB technology. You will lead initiatives to engage developers, providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include creating educational content, hosting workshops, and participating in community events to promote MongoDB.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to align on strategies that enhance developer engagement and adoption. Your insights into developer needs will inform product development and marketing efforts, ensuring that MongoDB solutions meet the demands of the developer community.

You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles. Your leadership will contribute to building a strong Developer Relations team that is recognized for its impact on the developer community.
