What you'll do

As the Protective Intelligence Lead, you will take a hands-on approach to shaping threat monitoring and analytic frameworks. You will coordinate cross-functional responses and escalations, ensuring that all teams are aligned in their efforts to maintain safety and security. Conducting executive, travel, and facility-focused risk assessments will be a key part of your role, allowing you to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective strategies to mitigate them. You will also be responsible for developing training programs to enhance the team's capabilities in protective intelligence, fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.

You will work closely with the Physical Security team to ensure that all protective measures are not only effective but also ethical and respectful of individual rights. Your role will involve regular communication with senior leadership to provide updates on security initiatives and to recommend improvements based on emerging threats and trends. You will also engage with external partners and stakeholders to share best practices and enhance the overall security posture of Robinhood.
