What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design team at Zscaler, driving the evolution of the design ecosystem to ensure consistency and excellence across all products. You will refine core components and patterns to address diverse use cases, empowering teams to deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences efficiently. Collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams, you will ensure that design considerations are integrated into the product development process from the outset. You will mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team. Your role will involve conducting user research to inform design decisions and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also be responsible for presenting design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the organization. As a senior leader, you will contribute to the overall product strategy and vision, ensuring that design plays a pivotal role in achieving business objectives.
