You have a strong background in program management, particularly within technology-driven environments, and possess a deep understanding of AI and machine learning applications. With at least 5 years of experience, you have successfully led cross-functional teams and projects, demonstrating your ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence. You are a visionary leader who thrives on collaboration and innovation, and you are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance legal operations.
Your experience includes architecting technology roadmaps and implementing innovative solutions that empower teams to achieve their goals. You are adept at identifying opportunities for AI integration and have a proven track record of deploying AI-driven systems that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You understand the importance of governance and strategy in AI deployment, ensuring that all initiatives align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

In this role, you will lead the AI & Legal Technology initiatives at Okta, working closely with the Director of Legal Systems and Technology. You will be responsible for developing and executing the AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring that the legal team is equipped with cutting-edge tools and systems. You will collaborate with various departments, including Technology, Data, and Intelligence, Finance, Security, and Procurement, to create a scalable and high-performing legal tech ecosystem.
You will identify and implement AI-driven solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. This includes deploying LLM-powered assistants and advanced automation technologies that enhance the capabilities of the legal team. You will also establish governance frameworks to ensure that AI initiatives are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Your role will involve continuous assessment of the legal tech landscape, identifying trends and opportunities for innovation. You will lead cross-functional workshops and training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of new technologies within the legal team. You will also monitor the performance of implemented systems, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
