What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Doctolib, you will lead the discovery, vision, and delivery of new clinical features within the Clinical OS. Your mission is to scale treatment plans globally and transform how clinicians create these plans, ultimately improving the quality of care. You will immerse yourself in clinical workflows by spending significant time with users in real-world care environments, gaining insights into their needs and challenges. You will define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with senior product, engineering, and medical leaders. Collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders, you will drive the development of innovative solutions that automate documentation and augment health professionals with AI-powered tools. Your role will involve prioritizing features based on user feedback and market research, ensuring that the products you deliver meet the highest standards of quality and usability. You will also be responsible for tracking product performance and iterating on features based on user engagement and feedback.
