Who you are

You have a strong background in quality control, particularly in the Control & Instrumentation (C&I) sector, with a focus on ensuring compliance and documentation standards are met. Your experience includes coordinating with vendors, engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to facilitate on-time delivery of equipment. You understand the importance of quality assurance in industrial settings and are adept at managing multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. Desirable

Experience in the petroleum, chemical, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus, as is familiarity with industrial combustion and pollution control technologies. You may also have knowledge of inspection compliance and documentation processes specific to these sectors.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end expediting and quality control activities for Control & Instrumentation equipment. This includes ensuring that all equipment meets project, client, and industry requirements through rigorous inspection and compliance checks. You will work closely with vendors to coordinate the delivery of equipment and ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate.

You will collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to facilitate the smooth execution of projects, addressing any quality-related issues that arise during the process. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to provide updates on quality control activities and to address any concerns they may have. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing quality control procedures that align with industry best practices.

Your ability to analyze quality metrics and identify areas for improvement will be crucial in enhancing the overall quality of the products delivered by Zeeco.
