You have a strong background in data analysis and compensation strategy, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of designing competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with company culture and vision. Your analytical skills allow you to collect and interpret data effectively, providing insights that drive decision-making. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. You are passionate about creating employee-centric solutions that enhance the overall employee experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

As a Senior Rewards Analyst at Tide, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's compensation and benefits strategy. You will collect and analyze compensation data to ensure that Tide remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. You will work closely with the People Operations team to design innovative compensation programs that align with the company's culture and vision. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to benchmark compensation practices, analyzing internal pay equity, and providing recommendations for adjustments as needed. You will also collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement employee benefits programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. Additionally, you will prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made regarding compensation and benefits.
