TrustArc is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead enterprise-scale SaaS deployments of their privacy and risk solutions. You'll leverage your technical fluency and consultative project leadership to ensure client success and ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with a customer-obsessed mindset.
You have a strong background in customer success management, particularly in enterprise-scale SaaS deployments. Your technical fluency allows you to understand complex privacy and compliance challenges, enabling you to translate these into actionable solutions for clients. You possess a consultative approach to project leadership, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes from onboarding through value realization. Your customer-obsessed mindset drives you to advocate for clients internally, surfacing trends and influencing product roadmaps based on customer feedback. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze customer health, retention, and growth metrics to guide ongoing lifecycle management. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize platform usage and drive expansion planning.
In this role, you will lead the implementation of TrustArc’s privacy, risk, and AI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to leverage the platform effectively. Your role will involve providing proactive insights and recommendations to optimize their use of the platform, ultimately driving adoption and ROI. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate their ongoing lifecycle with TrustArc. Additionally, you will monitor customer health and retention metrics, using this data to inform your strategies and actions. You will collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product development based on client feedback. Your success will be measured by the long-term success of your clients and their satisfaction with TrustArc’s solutions.
