Experience in animation or visual effects production is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools like ShotGrid. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to inform decision-making. What you'll do

In this role, you will champion the standardization of production workflows across LAIKA’s production pipeline. You will partner with creative teams in design, fabrication, production, and technology to analyze existing processes and identify strategic opportunities for enhancement. Your responsibilities will include managing communications for production-related updates and prioritizing technology initiatives. You will develop best practices with production managers to streamline creative processes and ensure that artist productivity is maximized. Additionally, you will lead the identification and documentation of high-value interim projects, establishing milestones and expectations for project-based initiatives. Your role will also involve contingency planning for project-based leadership roles, ensuring that the production team is well-prepared for any challenges that may arise.
