What you'll do

As a Senior Lead AI Solutions Consultant at Braze, you will be at the forefront of driving new and expansion revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to increase understanding and adoption of the Braze AI portfolio of tools and services. You will serve as a pre-sales data scientist, scoping use cases and establishing credibility with enterprise data scientists. Running proofs-of-concept will be a key part of your role, demonstrating the value of Braze's AI solutions to potential clients.

You will lead AI Academies and other educational programs, advocating for the benefits of AI in marketing and customer engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that the solutions you propose align with client needs and business objectives. Your ability to inspire and lead will be crucial as you work to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In this role, you will also be responsible for gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve the AI offerings. You will stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI technology, ensuring that Braze remains a leader in the space. Your insights will help shape the future direction of the AI solutions offered by Braze.
