You are a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in client services. You possess strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, allowing you to work effectively within a team. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for understanding client needs, ensuring that you can connect them with the right experts. Your ability to utilize various online resources, including LinkedIn and case studies, will help you excel in identifying suitable experts for client inquiries. You are motivated by the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment, and you are ready to embrace the challenges of a fast-paced role.

What you'll do

As a Client Service Associate at Guidepoint, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with the right subject-matter experts. You will work closely with Project Managers to develop strategies that satisfy each client project request. Your responsibilities will include understanding the unique business questions posed by clients and identifying the experts who can provide the best answers. You will utilize various resources, such as LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, to find and recruit new experts into our extensive network. This role will provide you with exposure to a wide range of industries and disciplines, allowing you to develop your project management and customer service skills.
