You have 5+ years of experience in engineering management, particularly in AI or platform development — you've successfully led teams in building scalable and developer-friendly tools that empower product teams. Your technical background allows you to set and maintain a vision for AI capabilities, ensuring they are both innovative and compliant with regulations.

You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering leaders — your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key strength. You understand the importance of building trust and fostering a culture of collaboration within your team.

Your experience includes driving initiatives around modular AI actions and observability — you are well-versed in compliance requirements such as the EU AI Act and GDPR, ensuring that your team's solutions are trustworthy and secure. You are passionate about empowering both customers and internal teams to adopt AI solutions effectively.

Desirable
