Clutch is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to manage construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M. You'll collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver operational facilities that support the company's growth. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in construction.
You have experience in project management, particularly in the construction sector, and are adept at overseeing projects from inception to completion. You understand the complexities involved in managing budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external contractors. You are detail-oriented and possess a problem-solving mindset, allowing you to navigate challenges that arise during the construction process. You are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and are open to accommodating diverse perspectives.
In this role, you will take ownership of construction projects valued between $1M and $10M, tracking each project from inception to completion. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure that all aspects of the project align with Clutch's operational goals. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. You will also be responsible for conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. As a key member of the Real Estate team, you will contribute to the strategic growth of Clutch by helping to expand its physical footprint across Canada.
