You are a natural leader, guiding Operations Associates through their shifts and ensuring the team works safely and productively.

What you'll do

As a Shift Lead at DoorDash, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and, in some locations, preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will oversee the daily operations of the DashMart, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will communicate with customers when issues arise, making sure that Dasher pickups go smoothly. You will lead your team by delegating tasks effectively and ensuring that safety and cleanliness standards are upheld. You will also be involved in training new team members, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities within the DashMart. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a high level of service and operational excellence.
