What you'll do

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at TwelveLabs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our core technology on partner platforms. You will work closely with our partnerships team to identify key opportunities for collaboration and leverage your machine learning expertise to enhance our offerings. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing machine learning models that can be integrated into partner solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to optimize model deployment and performance, utilizing cloud services to scale our solutions effectively. Your role will also involve conducting experiments to validate model effectiveness and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance metrics. You will be a key contributor to our go-to-market strategy, helping to position our technology as a leader in the industry.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing within the team. You will participate in code reviews and provide guidance on best practices for machine learning development and deployment. Your insights will help shape the direction of our technology and ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation in the AI space.
