What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for imaging and configuring computers to support new hires and hardware replacements. You will assist in backing up computers that are subject to legal hold, ensuring that sensitive data is preserved and managed correctly. Tracking and managing IT inventory will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will ensure that asset records are accurate and up-to-date.

You will maintain and organize the imaging room and IT storage areas, ensuring that everything is in its proper place and easily accessible. Monitoring and resolving hardware-related tickets in the IT support queue will be part of your daily tasks, allowing you to engage directly with users and help solve their technical issues.

Collaboration with IT team members will be essential as you work together to support the overall operations of the department. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.
