Deel is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager for their Enterprise team to enhance customer experiences and drive successful onboarding processes. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a background in customer success management.
You have a proven track record in customer onboarding and success management, ideally within a SaaS environment. Your experience includes working closely with enterprise clients to ensure they derive maximum value from the platform. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are adept at building relationships and fostering trust with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their onboarding journey. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your strategies and improve onboarding processes. You are passionate about customer success and are committed to helping clients achieve their goals.
In this role, you will lead the onboarding process for enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the Deel platform. You will collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to tailor onboarding experiences that meet client needs. You will develop and implement onboarding plans, providing training and resources to clients to facilitate their understanding of the platform. You will monitor client progress and satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns that arise during the onboarding phase. You will gather feedback from clients to continuously improve the onboarding process and contribute to the overall customer success strategy. You will also participate in customer success initiatives, helping to drive engagement and retention across the client base.
