Optiver is seeking a Talent Lead for the CTO Office to partner with technology leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning. This role focuses on attracting and retaining engineering talent and requires strong analytical and strategic skills.
You have a strong background in talent acquisition and people operations, ideally with experience in technology organizations. You are analytical and data-driven, able to find insights in complex situations and separate the signal from the noise. Your conceptual and strategic thinking allows you to see the bigger picture and design effective talent interventions. You excel in building relationships and serve as a bridge between technology and HR leadership, ensuring alignment across priorities. You are passionate about shaping the future of talent management and have a proven track record of developing metrics and dashboards that provide meaningful insights across the talent lifecycle.
As the Talent Lead for the CTO Office, you will act as a strategic partner to the CTO and senior tech leads on all talent matters, from workforce planning to leadership development and mobility. You will develop and implement strategic talent interventions that align with the organization's goals. Your role will involve crafting clear internal and external messaging in collaboration with brand, marketing, and communications specialists. You will coordinate the implementation of talent strategies that ensure the technology organization scales with the right capabilities for the future. You will also analyze data to generate insights that inform decision-making and drive improvements in talent management processes.
