What you'll do

As the Talent Acquisition Manager at ABBYY, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive recruiting support for the company's U.S. hiring needs. You will manage a small, globally distributed team of recruiters based in EMEA and APAC, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on talent availability and market considerations. Your role will involve overseeing the recruiting execution process, ensuring that candidates have a positive experience throughout their journey. You will also collaborate with the Compensation Lead to determine appropriate salary ranges and leveling for candidates. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of the recruiting team and aligning their efforts with ABBYY's business objectives.
