Who you are

You have a strong background in data analysis with at least 5 years of experience in exploring and analyzing data to identify opportunities and insights that enhance processes and customer experiences. Your expertise includes developing and applying concepts of agents and multi-agents for automation and decision support, ensuring that you can effectively contribute to complex projects. You are proficient in creating analytical reports and executive presentations using PowerPoint, allowing you to communicate results clearly and strategically to stakeholders. You have experience working with large volumes of structured and unstructured data, ensuring quality and consistency throughout your analyses. Collaboration is key for you, as you work closely with business and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions that meet organizational goals. You are also knowledgeable in data governance and quality initiatives, employing techniques such as data profiling and enrichment to support these efforts. Your analytical skills extend to customer data, where you identify gaps, inconsistencies, and duplications to improve data integrity.

Desirable

Experience with automation projects and generating insights is a plus, as is familiarity with building algorithms and statistical models for data management. Knowledge of Azure ML, Databricks, or other AI platforms will set you apart, as will any experience acting as a Product Owner in previous roles.
