Adyen is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Customer Risk Team to lead the architecture and delivery of full-stack engineering solutions. You have a strong background in engineering management, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects from inception to production. Your experience includes building and scaling full-stack engineering solutions, particularly in the context of risk management. You possess strong engineering fundamentals and are comfortable making key architectural decisions that impact the team's success. You have experience navigating ambiguity and complexity in projects, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. In this role, you will lead the newly formed Customer Risk Team within the Risk Intelligence and Monitoring Group at Adyen. Your primary responsibility will be to define the team's technical roadmap and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable systems that proactively manage customer risk. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and customer needs.
You will be responsible for making key architectural decisions that shape the team's direction and success. As the Engineering Manager, you will foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging your team to tackle unique technical challenges at scale.
