You are a seasoned insurance leader with extensive experience in building and scaling insurance distribution. You have a deep understanding of the insurance market, particularly in Health, Life, and Affinity products. Your ability to forge strong partnerships with insurers and brokers is a key strength, and you have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams across various sales channels.
You possess excellent strategic development skills, enabling you to drive the growth of the insurance vertical at Tide. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, and you are adept at managing diverse teams, including field sales, tele-sales, and agency networks. You are committed to making data-driven decisions that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
Experience in the fintech sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities within the SME banking landscape. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about transforming the insurance distribution model.
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic development of Tide's insurance business.
