What you'll do

As the Trust and Safety Lead at Squarespace, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and compliance of our platform. You will respond to legal requests and allegations of abuse, ensuring that each case is managed with precision. Your role will involve developing and refining trust and safety policies that scale with our business, allowing the team to adapt to evolving global regulations. You will collaborate with various teams, including engineering and customer operations, to ensure the successful launch of new products and features, advocating for necessary trust and safety functionalities. In addition, you will serve as a crisis lead for trust and safety incidents, coordinating responses and advising leadership on best practices. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly will be essential as you provide updates to senior stakeholders on investigations and risk assessments.
