Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are skilled in using water-based paint and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for high-quality automotive painting. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our state-of-the-art paint booths. You will match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect finish on each vehicle. Your role will involve using advanced tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that vehicles are painted efficiently and meet customer expectations. You will also participate in training programs to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
