Mixpanel is hiring a Solutions Engineer to drive customer success by presenting the value of their analytics platform. You'll collaborate with various teams to implement self-serve analytics solutions. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in customer engagement.
You have a strong background in technical consulting or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in analytics platforms. You understand how to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that customers grasp the value of the solutions you provide. Your experience includes working closely with sales teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can partner with cross-functional teams.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can think critically about customer needs and how to address them effectively. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes sets you apart. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with implementing new technologies in diverse organizational settings.
Experience with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You may have a background in software development or data analysis, which enhances your ability to understand the technical aspects of the solutions you present. As a Solutions Engineer at Mixpanel, you will play a critical role in demonstrating the value of our analytics capabilities to potential and existing customers. You will work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support during the sales process, and ensuring a smooth implementation of our analytics platform within customer organizations.
