You have 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, ideally with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role. Your background includes a minimum of 2 years of experience with modern scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, and SQL, as well as popular programming languages like C/C++, Java, and C#. You have a proven track record of implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems, both in the cloud and on-premises. Your ability to work closely with customers to review complex architectures and provide guidance on improvements through technology is a key strength. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside sales executives to drive customer success and business growth.
Experience with MongoDB is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud technologies and distributed systems. You are comfortable engaging with a diverse range of clients, from startups to large enterprise IT organizations, and you possess excellent communication skills that enable you to articulate technical concepts clearly.
