Sanitation Associate

Who you are

You are at least 18 years old and possess a strong work ethic. While previous experience in sanitation or janitorial work is preferred, it is not necessary as you will receive training on your first day. You are physically capable of performing essential functions of the position, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds with assistance. You understand the importance of maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in a food production environment.

What you'll do

As a Sanitation Associate, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all food production equipment and machinery, including production machines, tables, mats, compost bins, sinks, drains, walls, and any surface scheduled for sanitation duties. You will also clean and sanitize kitting and packing equipment and surfaces. Your role will involve monitoring the outside of the facility for waste and debris, transporting empty boxes to compactors, and performing custodial functions as needed. You will work in a temperature-controlled environment and ensure that all safety standards and requirements are adhered to during your tasks.
