You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in marketplace dynamics and restaurant acquisition. You are comfortable working with large data sets and possess the analytical skills to draw insights that influence decision-making. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams such as Sales Ops, Data Science, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. You are a strategic thinker who can also operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key business outcomes. You have a proven track record of developing and owning end-to-end strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiency. In this role, you will develop and own the targeting strategy for the U.S. Restaurant Acquisition team, ensuring that the right infrastructure is in place to support growth initiatives. You will partner closely with various teams to identify the right restaurants to target, leveraging data to inform your decisions. You will lead initiatives across multiple business lines, acting as the connective tissue that ensures alignment and execution across teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, assessing competitive landscapes, and identifying opportunities for improvement in the restaurant selection process. You will also be responsible for optimizing the marketplace to enhance the return on investment for DoorDash's partners. You will engage in regular communication with stakeholders to report on progress and outcomes, ensuring that all teams are aligned on objectives and strategies. You will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and will be expected to present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
