What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that focuses on building long-term client relationships. Each day will be different as you work within a wide variety of industries, allowing you to engage with diverse clients and understand their unique needs. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, making your earning potential truly limitless. You will also participate in a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between home and local team interactions.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the chance to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $93,000 in your first year and between $106,000 and $125,000 in your second year. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
