Carvana is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Technician to perform light maintenance and repairs, including brake and tire services. This role requires at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and offers competitive wages and benefits.
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. As an Automotive Technician, you are ready to perform light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You understand the importance of routine inspections and maintenance, and you are familiar with basic mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You are a team player who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. You are open to learning and growing your skills through the training programs offered by Carvana, which will help you progress in your career and increase your pay as the company grows.
As a Post-Production Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and repairs on vehicles. This includes changing brakes and tires, conducting routine inspections, and performing basic mechanical repairs. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards before it reaches our customers. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality and reliability of the vehicles we sell, and you will play a key part in our mission to deliver great vehicles when expected.
You will also be expected to collaborate with your team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This may involve assisting more experienced technicians and learning from their expertise.
