DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member to engage in day-to-day operations at their local fulfillment center. You'll be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in physical, fast-paced settings.

You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You understand the importance of product quality and freshness, and you follow all HACCP, food-handling, and spoilage management processes diligently. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation. You will use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. You will communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed. Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial, and you will perform all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. You will also complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
