Reply is seeking a Services Delivery Consultant to lead enterprise Asana implementations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and change management partner, helping clients adopt Asana as a transformative approach to collaboration. This role requires strong consulting skills and experience with Asana.
You have a strong background in consulting, ideally with experience in go-to-market strategies and change management. You understand the importance of collaboration tools and have a proven track record of helping organizations adopt new technologies effectively. Your persistence in tackling challenges is unmatched, and you believe that continuous learning is essential for growth. You are comfortable working with enterprise clients and can tailor your approach to meet their unique needs. In this role, you will lead enterprise implementations of Asana, ensuring that clients can leverage the platform to its fullest potential. You will act as a change management partner, helping clients navigate the transition to using Asana as a core part of their collaboration strategy. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, developing tailored engagement plans, and delivering training sessions to client teams. You will work closely with clients to drive adoption and ensure that they achieve their desired business outcomes. You will also gather feedback and iterate on your approach to continuously improve the implementation process. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to align on best practices and share insights gained from client engagements. You will be responsible for tracking the success of implementations and reporting on key metrics to demonstrate value.
