Who you are

You have a strong background in workforce planning and analytics, with experience in translating complex data into actionable insights. You are comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders across various departments, including Operations and Finance, to drive efficiency and support business growth. Your analytical mindset allows you to influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations, and you are skilled in using workforce planning tools and processes to enhance operational excellence.

Desirable

Experience in the luxury fashion industry or a similar fast-paced environment would be a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills can further enhance your ability to present insights effectively.

What you'll do
