You possess initiative and a proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities for contribution and growth. Your basic technology skills will help you navigate the tools necessary for this internship.

What you'll do

During your internship at Berkadia, you will learn how to review loan documents and monitor loan performance while supporting servicing operations. You will assist with the review of third-party reports and collaborate on client-focused initiatives, building strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your contributions will include preparing, reviewing, and proofing servicing reports, analyses, presentations, and loan-related documents. You will also utilize and maintain databases to track loan performance and other key real estate metrics, ensuring effective communication with borrowers, lenders, and clients to address inquiries and provide timely information.
