Pattern is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and partner success in the e-commerce sector. You'll leverage AI and data-driven insights to optimize client strategies. This role requires 4+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
You have a minimum of 4 years of enterprise software sales experience, demonstrating a strong track record of success in selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations. Your passion for data and partner success drives you to take action and change the game in the e-commerce landscape. You possess a proficient level of AI fluency and an AI-first mindset, enabling you to articulate and sell AI-powered features and data-driven insight tools effectively. You understand how modern SaaS platforms leverage AI, allowing you to navigate conversations around value, usage-based pricing, and commercial outcomes with confidence.
Experience in e-commerce or familiarity with PIM/DAM systems is a plus, but not a strict requirement. Your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs will set you apart in this role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of one of the fastest-growing companies in North America.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Pattern, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with global brands across various e-commerce marketplaces. You will utilize your expertise in AI and data analytics to optimize and automate e-commerce growth strategies for your clients. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded, leveraging Pattern's proprietary technology to deliver exceptional results. You will engage in meaningful conversations with clients, helping them understand the value of AI-driven solutions and how they can enhance their e-commerce operations.
You will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate mid-market and enterprise organizations effectively. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner will be crucial in persuading potential clients of the benefits of partnering with Pattern. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align client feedback with product development, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and relevant in the market.
