The Amazon Beauty Senior Program Manager will be the single threaded owner of the Amazon Beauty & Health Summit, Amazon Beauty Seasonal Events, and our Gifting Program.

- Single threaded owner for the creation of the 2nd Amazon Beauty & Health Summit bringing together the top brands and sellers in the Beauty and Health & Wellness industry.
- Retail leader for our two flagship, Tier 1, Amazon Beauty Seasonal Events.
- Business owner of our Amazon Beauty Gifting Program.
A day in the life
Working with technical and commercial product teams. Engaging and interacting with numerous L8s and senior leadership. Providing direction and guidance for a team of 50+ in delighting our customers. Crafting evergreen and tentpole strategies that delight customers and create specialized experiences for Beauty customers.- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
