Five9 is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the deployment of Acqueon products for customers. You'll lead a team of implementation engineers and ensure project success through effective communication and risk management. This role is primarily work from home with some onsite requirements in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will manage one or more product implementation projects for Five9's customers, providing day-to-day leadership for all aspects of the project. You will work closely with technical team members to ensure that project scope is completed on time and with a high degree of quality. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, monitoring project progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
You will lead and inspire a project team of 2-4 implementation engineers, guiding them through the product implementation life cycle. This includes conducting discovery and design workshops, overseeing custom development, and managing various testing phases. You will also be responsible for creating and managing the project communication plan to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
Your role will require you to proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks to the project. You will need to be adaptable and responsive to changes, ensuring that the project remains aligned with customer expectations and business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients will be crucial to your success.
