SpaceX is seeking an Electrical Integration Engineer for the Starlink Aviation team to integrate Starlink products into various aircraft. You'll work on electrical design and troubleshooting, requiring skills in AutoCAD and embedded systems.
You have at least 1 year of industry experience, which may include internships, and a foundational understanding of electrical engineering principles. You are comfortable working with wiring diagrams and load analysis, and you have a knack for solving complex electrical issues in aviation. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to collaborate effectively with design, test, and manufacturing teams to enhance product quality. You are detail-oriented and can document and present electrical designs clearly to various stakeholders. You are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, contributing to innovative solutions for aircraft mobility.
As an Electrical Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing wiring diagrams and load analysis for different aircraft types. You will tackle unique electrical problems that arise during the integration of Starlink products into airframes, ensuring that customer expectations are met. Your role will involve supporting certification efforts by documenting your designs and presenting them to relevant authorities. You will also supplement aircraft manuals to assist in the installation and troubleshooting of Starlink components. Throughout the integration process, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of electrical systems.
