What you'll do

As a Hardware Engineering Program Manager at Verkada, you will lead end-to-end product development efforts, steering new hardware programs from requirements definition through to validation, certification, ramp-up, and sustaining. You will work closely with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, firmware engineers, and industrial designers to craft and track program schedules and coordinate all deliverables. Your engineering foundation will help you de-risk development and clear hurdles related to testing, line bring-up, standard operating procedures, factory flow, yield, and more.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the product development lifecycle are executed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing timelines, facilitating communication between teams, and addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. You will also play a key role in guiding the bring-up of new products on new factory lines, ensuring that all necessary resources are in place for a successful launch.
