Gorgias is hiring a Senior Product Manager for their Helpdesk team to lead the development of a unified AI agent for conversational commerce. You'll focus on enhancing customer interactions and driving product strategy. This role requires extensive experience in product management.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the tech or ecommerce sectors. You possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enhancing customer experiences. Your background includes leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps effectively. You are data-driven and can translate complex user needs into actionable product features. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for building relationships with stakeholders. You are passionate about creating seamless customer journeys and understand the nuances of conversational commerce.
In this role, you will own the product strategy for Gorgias' Helpdesk solutions, focusing on integrating AI capabilities to enhance customer interactions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and market trends. You will conduct user research and A/B testing to validate product decisions and ensure alignment with customer needs. You will be responsible for tracking key performance metrics and iterating on the product based on data insights. You will lead product launches and coordinate with various teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies. You will also mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product culture at Gorgias.
