Sealed is seeking a Partner Manager to drive the success of contractor partners in weatherization and electrification rebate programs. You'll balance sales enablement and account management to maximize partner participation. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to supporting contractors.
You have a strong background in account management or business development, ideally within the energy or technology sectors. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring they are supported and successful in their projects. You are adept at balancing multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative environment where you can drive results. You understand the importance of data and analytics in optimizing partner performance and are comfortable using software solutions to enhance contractor engagement. You are a proactive problem solver who is passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact in the energy sector.
As Sealed’s Partner Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our contractor partners in weatherization and electrification rebate programs. You will work closely with contractors to ensure they maximize their participation in our programs while keeping projects on track. Your primary responsibility is to support our partners and help them drive volume. You will conduct regular check-ins with contractors to assess their needs and provide tailored support. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that contractors have access to the resources and tools they need to succeed. Additionally, you will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance contractor engagement. Your role will involve travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, to support project needs, attend meetings, or conduct site visits.
