Truebill is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Rocket Ready team to build technology solutions that empower clients on their journey to homeownership. You'll work with Python, FastAPI, and React among other technologies. This role requires 5+ years of software engineering experience.
You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building scalable applications and systems. Your expertise in Python and FastAPI allows you to develop robust backend services that support user-facing applications and internal tools. You are familiar with data pipelines and have experience working with technologies like Kafka and PostgreSQL, which are essential for operationalizing data across the organization. Your knowledge of frontend technologies, especially React and TypeScript, enables you to collaborate effectively with frontend developers and contribute to full-stack projects. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing time between remote work and in-office collaboration. You thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and are eager to engage with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Experience with C# and .NET is a plus, as it complements the existing technology stack. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes will enhance your ability to deploy and manage applications efficiently. You are also open to learning new technologies and adapting to the evolving needs of the team.
