Who you are

You have significant experience in account management, particularly within the manufacturing sector, and possess a deep understanding of AWS services. Your background includes working with enterprise customers, where you've successfully developed long-term relationships and acted as a trusted advisor. You are fluent in Japanese, enabling you to communicate effectively with local clients and stakeholders. Your expertise in IT consulting or pre-sales solutions has equipped you with the skills to understand complex business challenges and propose effective solutions. You have a proven track record of creating account plans and long-term IT strategy roadmaps that align with customer needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with account teams to develop strategic account plans for key customers. You will propose and implement transformation programs and engagements for large enterprises across various industries. Understanding customer business challenges will be crucial as you leverage AWS technology to solve these issues in partnership with professional services and partner companies. You will work with customers to formulate medium- to long-term cloud strategies, digital strategies, and business transformation strategies. Your role will also involve clarifying business or financial outcomes that validate customer transformation achievements and ensuring project delivery aligns with quality and business results.
