What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors. You will assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. You will collaborate with team members to streamline the accounts payable process and identify areas for improvement. You will support the finance team in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. You will communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve any discrepancies that may arise. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on enhancing financial operations.
