DoorDash is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for their New Verticals Partner Integrations team. You'll drive partner integrations and enhance technical services for merchants. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a focus on merchant success.
You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in integrations and partner relationships. You understand the importance of a 'Merchant First' attitude and are motivated to help partners succeed in their integration journeys. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to interface effectively with top partners and internal teams. You are detail-oriented and can dive deep into technical processes while also thinking strategically about business growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can navigate challenges that arise during integration processes, ensuring that partners receive the support they need.
In this role, you will own the success of DoorDash's New Verticals integrations, driving initiatives across technical teams and internal stakeholders. You will gather information from partners to help them connect to DoorDash's systems, identifying and resolving any integration-related blockers. You will strategize with cross-functional teams to build and operate a world-class integrations platform, focusing on third-party integrations that unlock new features and value for merchants. You will be responsible for ensuring that partners have a seamless experience throughout their integration journey, acting as the voice of DoorDash in these interactions. You will also monitor integration performance and provide feedback to improve processes and systems. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that their feedback is incorporated into future enhancements.
