What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of the Waymo Driver, guiding projects from the initial design phase through to implementation. You will collaborate with the Industrial Design Team to create cohesive design language that enhances the user experience while maintaining the highest standards of product quality. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing Waymo’s technology to ensure it meets the needs of riders and stakeholders alike.

You will be involved in every step of the engineering and product development process, ensuring that innovative solutions are not only feasible but also practical and user-friendly. Your insights will help shape the future of mobility, as you work to develop smart and elegant solutions that prioritize rider safety and satisfaction.
