In this role, you will manage Conductor's established online customer community, driving engagement and interaction among users. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and promoting educational content that helps customers become product experts. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the resources you develop meet customer needs and enhance their experience with the platform. You will actively engage with community members, facilitating discussions and providing support as needed. Your role will also involve analyzing community feedback to continuously improve the resources and engagement strategies. You will work closely with the Scaled Success team to maximize product adoption and ensure that customers receive the support they need to succeed. You will contribute to the overall mission of Conductor by improving the lives of customers and fostering a supportive community.
