Job Description

Interested in joining the team behind Amazon devices packaging? The Amazon Device Packaging group is a growing multi-disciplinary team of Designers, Engineers, Production Artist, and Program Managers who work together to deliver best in class packaging for customers.

We are looking for a Senior Creative Program Manager to manage the development and creative execution of localized Amazon branded device packaging and publications.

You will work closely with regional Go-to-Market and cross-functional US resources to ensure the necessary process steps are planned and executed, while communicating progress against target costs and schedules.

In addition, you will:
- Plan for and manage the creative development of International packaging & in-box publication design initiatives, which includes graphic design, print production artwork, localization, and handoff of final artwork to the supplier.
- Lead creative development with regional teams, 3P vendors, and suppliers. Includes communicating schedules & next steps, solidifying localized design direction and production, content (text and assets), and executing within the artwork files ensuring accuracy.
- Create and manage regional program schedules. Forecast and plan resources for assigned programs.
- Delegate and prioritize tasks to creative resources.
- Schedule and facilitate reviews with internal stakeholders.
- Manage other creative or internal projects as assigned.
- Develop or support process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in design
- 3+ years experience in program management- Experience in mass-market consumer web / mobile products
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- Experience with packaging design
