You have a solid background in software engineering, with experience in delivering end-to-end features and a strong understanding of product-led growth methodologies. You are data-informed and hypothesis-driven, always seeking to understand customer needs and how to best meet them through technology. You have experience with Microsoft products and are familiar with the Microsoft 365 suite, which positions you well to contribute to the growth of Copilot and other embedded experiences. You are passionate about building solutions that connect with users and enhance productivity.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of features that enhance the Microsoft 365 experience. Your work will involve heavy experimentation, allowing you to iterate on solutions based on real user feedback and data analysis.

You will play a key role in shaping the direction of the E+D Growth team, contributing to the strategic vision of how Microsoft products can revolutionize productivity. You will engage with industry-leading product managers, designers, and data scientists to ensure that the solutions you develop are not only technically sound but also aligned with user needs and business goals.

Your contributions will directly impact the bottom line of the business, as you help to accelerate the adoption of cutting-edge generative AI solutions across both commercial and consumer segments.
