Amazon is hiring an IT Equipment Coordinator to assist the operations team by maintaining IT inventory and coordinating asset management. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are an organized individual with a keen eye for detail, ready to support the operations team at Amazon's Fulfillment Center. As an IT Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining IT inventory and ensuring that all equipment is properly allocated and maintained. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and customer-centric solutions. You understand the importance of effective communication and collaboration, especially when working with Junior and Senior Technicians on daily projects. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will be key to your success in this role.
In this role, you will coordinate the ordering, delivery, and audits of IT assets assigned to the department. You will be responsible for the allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center, ensuring that all devices are in working order and available for use. You will also handle the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and repair process for devices under warranty, ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely manner. Your role will involve maintaining general housekeeping standards in all IT areas, contributing to a clean and organized workspace. You will support the operations team by providing assistance with various tasks as directed, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
